Select your Edition and place your order first. At checkout, you will provide us with your email address. Once we have confirmed your order, we will email you with a design inquiry form. You will be able to provide us with your customization preferences by filling out the inquiry form. We will be in communication with you throughout the process. We will also provide you with photos and videos of sample tiles before we commission the entire set.

Each set is handcrafted to order and typically takes 3–4 weeks to produce and finalize before shipping.

Every set comes with a HuLiao Mahjong card that can include a short, personalized message!

Due to the nature of customizations, all sales are final. We will confirm your design with sample tiles in photos and videos before we commission the entire set.
